Custom Order

Since our products are made to order, we are unable to accept refunds, returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged. We encourage you to double-check the details of your order before completing the purchase to ensure satisfaction.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If any items are damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately. We will be happy to offer a replacement or issue a refund for the damaged or defective item. To help us process your claim, please include:
  • Your order number
  • Product name
  • Clear photo of the damaged item
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for damaged or incorrect items. Once we receive and inspect your request, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business day. Please note, items sent back without first requesting a refund will not be accepted.
